"حب الزلم" أو "لوز الأرض"
حب العزيز CYPERUS هو ثمار نبات شجري يشبه في شكله نبات الرمان، أوراقه بيضاء اللون إلى رصاصي والأغصان طويلة يميل لونها إلى اللون الأحمر والشجرة تحمل ثماراً مستديرة في حجم الحمص الكبير وهو لين الملمس فيه لزوجة وطعمه حلو المذاق.

يعرف حب العزيز باسم آخر هو "حب الزلم" ويعرف علمياً باسم Cyperus esculentus .

وقد سمي حب العزيز نظراً لأن أحد ملوك مصر كان مولعاً بأكله. وقد عثر بعض علماء الآثار على ثمار حب العزيز في بعض مقابر البداري وفي إحدى حجرات "دير أبوالنجا" حيث وجدوا كوباً مملوءاً بثمار حب العزيز.. وعثروا ايضاً على حب العزيز حول رقبة مومياء الأمير "كنت" ثم اطلق العرب القدامى بعد ذلك على هذا النبات حب الزلم.

الجزء المستخدم من النبات: هي الثمار الطازجة والجافة والدقيق والزيت.

يحتوي حب العزيز على 30% زيت، 28% نشا وسكروز وبروتين.

حب العزيز لها طعم حلو وعادة تؤكل منها ما يعادل ملعقتين أو ينقع ما مقداره ملعقتان ليلة كاملة ثم في الصباح تهرس الكمية مع مائها وتؤكل يومياً.

ويسمى أيضاً حب الزلم وهو عبارة عن درنات تشبه البندق الصغير وطعمها مقبول. يؤخذ حب العزيز ويدق ثم ينقع في الماء ليلة كاملة بعد ذلك يهرس ويصفى ويشرب ماؤه بعد أن يحلى بالعسل ويداوم الشخص على شربه اثني عشر يوماً والجرعة منه ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة لكل مرة.

وكان القدماء يستخدمون حب العزيز كفاكهة وقد جاء حب العزيز ضمن الوصفات الفرعونية لطرد ثعبان البطن ولعلاج كتاركتا العين وللأكزيما وضد حكة الجلد والتهابات الرحم.

وقد قال عنه ابن سينا انه طيب الطعم جداً يزيد في المني جداً ويسمن ويحسن. لقد اتضح من الأبحاث ان حب العزيز يعتبر علاجاً مثالياً لمعظم أنواع الصداع. كما أن لثمار هذا النبات قدرة بالغة على تكرير البول وتنقيته من الشوائب الضارة. كما انه يدر اللبن ولعلاج بعض الأمراض الجلدية.

يقول داود في تذكرته : هو المعروف في مصر بحب العزيز ، لأن ملكها كان مولعآ بأكله ويسمى الزقاط بالبربر ، وهو حب أصله بفارس نبات دون ذراع وأوراقه مستديرة كالدراهم ، ومنه نوع بمصر يزرع بالإسكندري، وأجوده الحديث الرزين الأحـمر المفرطح الحلو ، ويليه الأصفر المستطيل وهذا هو الكثير بمصر، والذي كالفلفل إذا كان لينآ حلواً كان أجود في السمنة ء ومتى تجاوز سنة لم يجز إستعماله . وأهل مصر تبله بالماء كثيرآ فيفسد سريعآ ، وهو حار في الأولى رطب في الثانية يولد دما جيداً ويسمن البدن تسميناً جيداً ويصلح هزال الكلى والباه وحرقان البول والكبد الضعيفة ، والأمراض لسوداوية كالجنون وخشونة الصدر والسعال ، وإذا انهضم كان غاية ، ولكنه يولد السدد ويثقل ويضر الحلق ويصلحه السكنجبين وأجود إستعماله للسمنة آن يدق وينقع في الماء ليلة ثم يمرس ويصفي ويشرب بالسكر، وشربته الى اثني عشر .

حب العزيز ويعرف أيضاً باسم "حب الزلم" أو "لوز الأرض" والمستخدم من النبات درناته التي تحت الأرض ويعمل من هذه الدرنات قدر قبضة اليد يومياً حيث يستعمل على هيئة شراب مثله مثل شراب عرقسوس.. كذلك هناك الحلبة الخضراء.. وهي موجودة في الأسواق المركزية الكبيرة حيث تؤكل كما هي بمقدار ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة مرة واحدة في اليوم.. وأىضاً خليط من حب الصنوبر + سمسم + عسل نحل نقي ملعقة كبيرة صنوبر + ملعقتين كبيرتين سمسم (بذور) تهرس ثم تخلط مع عسل نحل أبيض نقي وتؤكل مرة واحدة في اليوم



سائل يسأل هل لحب العزيز آثار جانبية على الكبد أو الكلى أو المعدة إذا استخدمه لمدة 15يوماً؟

إذا استخدمته حسب الطريقة المشروحة وحسب الكميات ولمدة خمسة عشر يوماً فليس له تأثير ضار على الكبد أو الكلى أو المعدة.

المفتي يتمسك بفتواه بإباحة "زواج المسيار" ويقول للمعارضين: حرام عليكم أن تفرضوا آراءكم الشخصية على الناس وتتبنوا وجهة نظر الغرب

دافع الدكتور علي جمعة مفتي الديار المصرية مجددا عن شرعية "زواج المسيار"، واعتبره زواجا موافقا للشرع مستوفيا لأركانه، ولا يحمل أي شبهة بما تؤدي إلى الطعن في شرعيته، رافضا وجهة النظر التي تجزم بحرمته، داعيا هؤلاء الذين يقولون بذلك إلى التوقف عن فرض آرائهم على المواطنين.
وقال جمعة في مداخلة تليفونية لبرنامج "90 دقيقة" على قناة "المحور"، إن مجمع الفقه الإسلامي بجدة أباح هذا الزواج ومجمع البحوث الإسلامية، وأن دار الإفتاء ليس لها فتوى خاصة بهذا الشأن، لكنها اعتمدت الفتوى بعد إجماع العلماء المعتبرين في خمس مجامع عالمية بحثوا المسألة من الناحية الاجتماعية والدينية وأباحوا هذا الزواج.
وأشار إلى أن التلاعب بقضية الزواج وشرعيته مسألة في منتهى الخطورة، فالعالم لا يعلم من فراغ، محذرا من أنه "إذا لم نحل مثل هذه الزيجات التي يحتاج إليها البشر ما دامت في إطار الشريعة الإسلامية ومستوفيه لأركانها، فإن البديل الوحيد سيكون الزنا والعياذ بالله، وهذا يحطم المجتمعات كما نرى في التجربة الغربية".
وقال المفتي إن "زواج المسيار" لا يحمل شائبة بعدم جوازه، معرفا إياها بأنها "زواج مستكمل الأركان، لكن يحدث اتفاق بين الرجل وزوجته على ألا يبيت عندها، ثم بعد ذلك نشأت صورة أخرى وهي أنه قد يتم إسقاط النفقة".
وأضاف متوجها إلى الدكتورة سعاد صالح، الأستاذة بجامعة الأزهر، ونهاد أبو القمصان رئيس المركز المصري لحقوق المرأة، وأحمد ممدوح رئيس قسم الأبحاث الشرعية "بدار الإفتاء"، "أنتم تناقشون مسألة في غاية التعقيد، لأن البشر عددهم 6 مليار، والمسلمين عددهم مليار ونصف، والحالات كثيرة، لذلك لا يستقل شخص أو اثنان بالتفكير والبحث في هذه الأمور".
وأوضح أن "هناك مجامع أبحاث ضخمة ظلت تبحث في هذه المسألة أكثر من 30 عاما حتى قتلوها بحثا، وهذه الأنواع من الزواج ما دامت استوفت الأركان فهي حلال"، وتابع متوجها لضيوف الحلقة: "حرام عليكم ما تفعلوه بالمجتمع، وتفرضوا عليه رؤاكم الشخصية التي غالبا ما تتأثر بالتوجهات الغربية للأسف".
وكانت الدكتورة سعاد صالح التي تتبنى وجهة نظر رافضة لإباحة "زواج المسيار" استندت إلى فتوى شيخ الأزهر الراحل الإمام الأكبر جاد الحق علي جاد الحق، بأن الزواج العرفي الشرعي الذي أجازه مجمع البحوث وإن كان صحيحا من الناحية الشرعية، إلا أنه حرام لما يترتب عليه من أضرار.
ورد المفتي على ذلك بقوله، إن "هذه عبارة عن ملفات مختلفة يراد أن "نلخبطها" مع بعضها حتى نقول إن دار الإفتاء المصرية لا تقوم بعملها وأن مجمع البحوث الإسلامية لا يدري ما يفعل".
يشار إلى أن المركز المصري لحقوق المرأة أعرب عن انزعاجه الشديد من الفتوى الصادرة بإباحة زواج المسيار بشرط موافقة الرئيس أو "ولي الأمر"، مؤكدًا أن هذا النوع من الفتوى يشكل أهانه للرجال والنساء على حد سواء ويؤدي إلى انهيار قيمة الأسرة في المجتمع المصري، والمساهمة في تفشى الاتجار بالنساء.
