If you are going to do anal sex clear sure that you hold no feces moved out around your anus and build sure that you dont hold vaginal sex until ur partner cleans up due to the risk of infections Not sure if this is pms or something different?
YES!! it can rupture your rectum & wreak uncomfortable sores and bleeding. Why would you want to put yourself in that much backache and agony. Unless if you are attracted to impossible to tell apart sex! In that crust if you are later i would aim professional counseling.
